A new ICG client is looking for <\/span><\/span>two senior fund management specialists<\/span><\/span><\/b> (especially with product and distribution experience) with significant fund experience or consulting experience working with smaller or new funds. An interest in impact funds would be a significant advantage.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n - Rebuild and restructure the fund(s) as required <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Upgrade and align the trustee board<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Launch the new fund<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Skills and experience required<\/span><\/span><\/b>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div> The successful professional must have:<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n <\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Demonstrated senior product management experience (10 plus years) across the funds management industry<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - General management experience across marketing, distribution, governance, risk and compliance<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n \n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n Start: <\/b><\/span><\/b>Starting immediately, initial period of 3 months with potential to extend.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n Location: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>Melbourne based but would consider other Australian cities for an exceptional candidate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
