This is for a new opportunity with an existing ICG client, a leader in power generation equipment, that is interested in conducting a review of one of its business units. The affiliate selected will become a member of an ICG team conducting the review. <\/span><\/span>

Role<\/span>
<\/p>\n \n \n \n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n Conduct a detailed review of the business unit with the goal of assessing financial performance and identifying improvement opportunities. The work will require financial analysis, assessment of depreciation policies, overhead allocations, net realisable value analysis and assessments of management and financial reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div> Key Deliverables:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Assess financial performance<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Review and assess the existing asset NPV model and its appropriateness to drive investment decisions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Consider and recommend alternatives<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Build a profitability modeling capability that can be updated by the business quarterly by branch, segment, etc<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Contribute to a final report and recommendations<\/span><\/span>
