\n An existing ICG client is looking to<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>overhaul its pricing model<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>for mid\-sized clients $250K \- $5M and is looking for a proven pricing expert to assist.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>Key Deliverables:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    \n
  • Inject pricing optimisation process and content expertise into a small client team<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide meta trend and landscape change insights to the team<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Help the team interpret recent model performance and recommend necessary changes<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide intellectual challenge and partner level consulting insight to the team's work<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Where required provide ongoing model validation and refinement support<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Skills and experience required:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 5\-10 years of operational management or consulting exposure to the life insurance industry<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Deep expertise in group life insurance products<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Recognised as a pricing expert through repeated pricing projects, pricing model expertise or a recognised specialist boutique consulting proposition<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Working familiarity with the Australian Group Insurance landscape<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
      \n
      \n <\/div>\n
      \n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span>Start date: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>As soon as practicable <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>Duration: <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>The project is running over 8 months, so the level of participation is <\/span>negotiable depending on the level of seniority of the chosen consultant. i.e. a minimum of one day a week for partner level consulting to full time for an unusually experienced analyst.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      <\/span>Location:<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sydney, but can be located elsewhere<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Rate: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>The daily net rate will be subject to seniority the client has indicated a budget of circa $70K net to the consultant<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      \n APT's must be lodged within 48 hours. <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>We will review all APT's and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.<\/span><\/span><\/b>
