Successful candidates will have the following experience: <\/span><\/b><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n
\n - 4 - 8+ years of Retail IT experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Direct experience with Retail business improvement programs<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understanding of the Australian retail landscape<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ability to lead gap analysis and identification of technology requirements<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Retail thought leadership and contribution to seminars and white papers<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong relationship and communication skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ability to coach and support junior team members <\/span><\/span>
