\n An existing ICG client is looking for a very<\/span> <\/span>experienced contract consultant<\/b> <\/span>with deep (hard) asset management experience to assist in a major enterprise level transformation of the asset management system at a leading Government entity.<\/span>

  • Act as the project's asset management expert<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Inject insights and best practices into the program<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Be the peer to the client's existing asset management executive<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Support the program manager and assist in management of firm and client resources to achieve project outcomes<\/span><\/span>

    • Elevate asset management capability from strategic business unit level to an holistic enterprise level approach<\/span><\/span>

    • Deliver an engaging and supportive change management and transformation process to bring all stakeholders on the journey<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Achieve stated project outcomes which will be shared once an NDA is signed<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Proactively and reactively manage and or escalate issues and road blocks as required<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>

      Skills and experience required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>\n

      • Asset Management and expertise at <\/span>enterprise <\/span>level <\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Influencing senior executives and engaging with teams to receive required inputs \/ data from colleagues<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Self\-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Federal Governmental level client experience <\/span>preferred <\/span>(not mandatory)<\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Ability to develop <\/span>PowerPoint presentations for session being conducted along with client AM lead.<\/span>
