1. Enterprise risk management framework design, embedding and operation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>2. Risk assurance frameworks, planning and execution of assurance plans<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>3. Design, implementation and maintenance of GRC systems and tools<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>4. Education, training and support to the business in the implementation of risk management, compliance and assurance processes<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>5. Risk and compliance incident and issues management and advice<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>6. Embedding risk and compliance activities into the business including risk, compliance and controls self\-assessment<\/b><\/span><\/span>

Key Deliverables<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/b>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Provide general leverage to the GM Risk (team management, data collection, analysis, recommendation formulation, report development and presentation, implementation, post implementation review and refinement)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Deliver and develop on\-going capabilities in accordance with current and expected regulatory standards and in alignment with the group risk framework and key strategic initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Work along side a variable team comprising client resources, ICG resources, and interface closely with contracted branded consulting houses (were appropriate)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Support the identification and delivery of key additional capabilities required to deliver the risk plan<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Skills and experience required:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - 3\-5 years experience with operational risk, strategic risk, insurance risk and financial risk<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Intimate familiarity with all lines of risk, policy, risk frameworks, risk appetite, risk culture, risk maturity, GRC capability and Board Risk Committee reporting<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Branded consulting firm experience at Senior consultant or manager level welcome but not required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Manager or senior manager or above responsibility in a financial services based risk team<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Responsibility for a team of professionals is not required, as all candidates will be expected to get their hands dirty while the team builds<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience working with and around branded consulting firm<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience reporting to a General Manager Risk and or CRO<\/span><\/span><\/span>
