\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n The role will be responsible for supporting ERM Business Unit teams in Licence Management functions to implement and maintain a robust licence management framework across the Group. <\/span><\/span>Licence Management will ensure:<\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n - Efficiencies through centralisation to provide consistent processes; Group\-wide oversight and control and SME capability<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist in the coordination of annual licence reviews (e.g. AFSL, ACL), periodical declarations and regulatory submissions <\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist in the coordination of engagement with auditors (internal\/external).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Skills and <\/span><\/b><\/span>experience<\/b><\/span> <\/b>required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n - Working knowledge of AFSL conglomerate audits, licence management specifically Responsible Person appointments, conflicts, delegations of authority<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understanding of financial services legislation\-Regulatory compliance knowledge of ASIC and APRA specifically as they relate to financial institutions<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Minimum of 3\-5 years working in regulatory, risk and compliance or financial services sector <\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong understanding of the financial services industry, relevant regulators (e.g. ASIC and APRA), current and proposed financial services regulatory and legislative requirements <\/span>
<\/li>\n - Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships at a range of levels, ability to engage stakeholders and a proven ability to manage change effectively<\/span>
