A state government agency has released a Request for Tender (RFT) for a proposal for the provision of professional consulting and modelling services associated with Zero\-Emission Pathways for Future Public Transport.

The government agency is looking to undertake a detailed exploration of the transition to zero\-emissions in the context of future procurement models for public transport, specifically buses, including opportunities to leverage private investment, with a focus on value, efficiency and interoperability to achieve a more agile and sustainable operating environment. For the purposes of this consultancy, the expectation is that models will be based on battery\-electric buses.
