Client<\/span> The government agency is looking to undertake a detailed exploration of the transition to zero\-emissions in the context of future procurement models for public transport, specifically buses, including opportunities to leverage private investment, with a focus on value, efficiency and interoperability to achieve a more agile and sustainable operating environment. For the purposes of this consultancy, the expectation is that models will be based on battery\-electric buses.<\/span><\/span><\/span> ICG is preparing its proposal and seeks the services of a suitably qualified and very experienced consultant to assist with finalisation of the proposal and execution of the project. We are seeking one lead consultant and a panel of experts to support them.<\/span><\/span><\/span> We are seeking highly experienced analytical and strategic professionals with extensive experience in the evaluation and assessment of different options in relation to Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) transition and be able to provide detailed and authoritative advice.<\/span><\/span><\/span> You will provide a detailed analysis of different potential ZEB ownership, operating and management models, outlining the advantages and disadvantages of each model and providing options for a future statewide general access network.
