<\/span><\/span> An existing ICG Financial Services client is seeking a Financial Due Diligence Expert on a regular basis to review potential investments with one project to start immediately.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>\n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n It is expected that the successful candidate will have:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n \n - Prior senior experience (Director or above) in a transaction services team ideally from one of the big 4 accounting firms (or alternatively tier 2 - e.g. BDO, Grant Thornton etc..)<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ideally now operating as a "one\-man band" or as a part of a small boutique offering this type of service<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - The client is looking for structured financial DD which would include: Quality of Earnings analysis, networking capital analysis, cashflow reconciliation, net debt adjustments etc... <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - The output would largely be in the form of a databook with a short\-form report (e.g. 10 pages)<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n Start: <\/b><\/span><\/b>Immediate start, duration 3 weeks (15 professional days) for each Due Diligence Project <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n Location: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b><\/span>Australia wide<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
