Apply the organisation's risk appetite and risk management strategy to develop the GRC system<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Confirm and define scope and requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Define user experience and needs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Lead and oversee GRC system construction<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Oversee testing, requirements and documentation acceptance<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Manage transition to operationalisation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n Skills and experience required:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

GRC system implementation (Archer preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Financial services \/ General Insurance industry highly regarded<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Influencing people \/ engaging with teams to receive required inputs \/ data from colleagues<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Self\-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
