<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n A new ICG client is looking for a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Consultant<\/b> <\/span>to provide project design and implementation support in relation to the new Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) regulatory regime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/font>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n DDO Program Support<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n The successful professional will primarily work with the existing project team to develop a robust project plan to deliver on DDO compliance by Oct 5 2021.<\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n The successful professional needs some experience in implementing the Design and Distribution Obligation (DDO) Regulation. They will have demonstrated a track record of successfully managing the end\-to\-end delivery of similar regulatory regimes and\/or experience developing an initial implementation plan for DDO.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n The successful professional will support the client across the following deliverables:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n \n - Develop detailed implementation project plan<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Design and validate project requirements from both issuer and distributor perspective<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Design and validate project requirements for product governance<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Identify risks and issues<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide ongoing implementation support as required<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Ideally the accredited professional will have:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n \n - Significant experience as a management consultant, industry executive, extensive delivery experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Previous experience with DDO support and implementation (highly desired by client)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Financial Services (ideally insurance)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Track record of success across program design and management for complex regulatory projects.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understanding of local regulatory, risk and legal environments<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Internal and external communications and managing senior executives<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Logistics, Location & Rate<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n <\/div>\n \n Phase 1 will be 4 weeks full time to develop a detailed project plan in coordination with the client. <\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n Phase 2 will be part\-time implementation support: 2\-3 days a week for 3\-4 months.<\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Location:<\/b> Sydney<\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n Rate: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Final amount to be negotiated with the client however, depending on level of experience and seniority, daily gross rate will be between $2,000 and $3,000.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
