  This workstream focuses on building the Student Data Domain in the<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  tertiary institution <\/span><\/span>Enterprise Data Platform, and a robust Data Governance Framework for the Student Domain. Both<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>the data architecture and data governance framework will be reusable for subsequent Data Domains. The objective is for users to have secure, quick access to easily discoverable, high quality, reusable data for analytical and reporting purposes in a stable enterprise data platform that supports scalability and agility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  \n The Agile Coach is responsible for leading the implementation of an agile approach to delivery of the Data Governance and Enterprise Data Platform Uplift Workstream. This will include provision of agile coaching to the Data Governance and Data Engineering teams, implementation of an iterative and incremental approach to delivery of the Workstream, identification and remediation of blockers, and focus on continuous improvement and innovation.<\/span><\/span>

  • Implementation of an agile approach to delivery of the Workstream, including alignment with other Workstreams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Recommendations for sustaining agile practices beyond the engagement period to support scalability across other Data Domains for the broader Program.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • The overarching agile roadmap for the Workstream will subsequently be scaled across other Data Domains and Workstreams.

    We require 1 x Agile Coach with the following demonstrated skills and expertise:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    • A deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to guide teams towards adopting Agile practices and improving working methods through coaching and mentoring.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Expertise in navigating organizational change and facilitating cultural transformation within teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Good understanding of data governance and architecture (desirable).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      The Agile Coach will work in partnership with the Workstream Business Lead and will lead the implementation of an agile approach to delivering the key requirements for the Data Governance and Enterprise Data Platform Uplift Workstream:<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. Integration between governance processes and the data platform - Critical Data Elements (CDE) metadata development.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
         <\/span><\/li>\n
      4. End\-to end rebuild of the Enterprise Data Platform "Steel Thread" approach.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
         <\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Technology integration for governance tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
         <\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Repeatable data governance and architecture ready for other domains.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

         <\/p>\n

         \n The Agile Coach will manage and support the Data Governance team (3 staff) and the Data Engineering team (7 staff) to meet the requirements outlined above. We require the Agile Coach and delivery teams to work from the tertiary institution
