\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Support the incident management process, including:<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Educating and guiding business stakeholders on the process,<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Investigating and validating facts, to identify relevant compliance breaches, <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Challenging remediation approach <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Control design effectiveness of preventative controls <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Support breach assessment, monitoring and reporting to ASIC including implementation of new processes to support compliance with the Strengthening Breach Reporting (SBR) regulatory change<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n Skills and <\/span>experience<\/b><\/span> <\/b>required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n \n
\n <\/ul><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n - Relevant experience (2 to 3 years+) in a risk and compliance, operational, consultancy or audit role with some exposure to operational risk, compliance or financial risk activities <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Good knowledge of funds management industry <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Some understanding of financial markets <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience or exposure to compliance \/ risk frameworks or operational risk activities such as logging incidents, control self\-assessment testing or key risk indicators <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Demonstrated ability to think, plan and act independently \/ strategically <\/span>Good report writing, presentation and verbal communications skills<\/span><\/span>
