  • Significant experience in Board governance and best practices for the NFP sector<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/span>

  • Sufficient presence and gravitas to facilitate workshops involving a very senior stakeholders with a wide range of opposing views<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n

  • Experience of conducting Board capability assessments and benchmarking to best practice<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience in implementing improvements in Board\-level governance in complex organisations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
