<\/span><\/li>\n - Opportunities for performance improvement in terms of both efficiency and growth<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Investment in capabilities required<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Overall business case for change<\/span>

The su<\/span><\/span>ccessful professional will have:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n - 10+ Yrs experience in working on similar engagements in Australian Personal Financial services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Excellent working knowledge of current and potential future changes to the Australian regulatory landscape as it relates to selling and servicing financial services insurance products<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Ability to understand implications of potential environment change on business operations and performance<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Experience in helping sizing, scoping and planning for the new capabilities required to help maintain or grow the business<\/span>
