<\/span><\/span>A long standing ICG client is looking for a highly experienced<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>expert hardship and arrears specialist<\/span><\/b> to join their team for up to 3 months full time with the possibility of extension.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n These roles will be responsible for the delivery of specific initiatives. With a delivery background and ability to wear multiple hats, this role will be responsible for managing work across multiple teams including managing dependencies, risks and issues across work items. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This will include liaising between developers, service owners, architects to ensure the service is built and delivered to the customer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Understand and improve current approach and process and policy<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Identify arrears for immediate improvement, based on benchmarks and industry insights<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Identify more significant initiatives and the investments required to support them<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n

Roll their sleeves up and assist with implementation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

- Consulting diagnostic, gap, improvement plan, operationalisation experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
