<\/span><\/span>An existing ICG Financial <\/span><\/span>Services client<\/span> <\/span>is seeking a <\/span>Project Manager<\/b> <\/span>who has experience in ASIC's Design <\/span><\/span>and Distribution<\/span> Obligations (DDO). The Project Manager will be responsible for <\/span><\/span>ensuring the<\/span> operational readiness of the Direct Distribution team through <\/span><\/span>both designing<\/span> and managing the implementation. In addition to the <\/span><\/span>Direct Distribution<\/span> team's operational readiness the Project Manager will also <\/span><\/span>be responsible<\/span> for managing two business analyst who will be working on <\/span><\/span>ensuring the<\/span> readiness of data, monitoring\/reporting and 'choice' architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n It is expected that the successful candidate will have:<\/b>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Strong project management skills to map out and manage the delivery <\/span>of the above<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Excellent communication skills in the context of putting forward a <\/span>clear plan and regularly providing updates<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - The ability to collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders <\/span>including the distribution leadership team, risk, compliance and change managers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience and detailed knowledge of the Design and <\/span>Distribution Obligations required by ASIC and\/or detailed experience in product <\/span>and distribution design in retail banking products\/services<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - A team player in a multifaceted complex organisation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - 5+ years' experience in a Big 4 consulting firm in the above <\/span>mentioned areas and\/or similar experience working for a Retail Bank in Australia<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
