Client<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> As part of a structured performance improvement strategy they have identified the need for a proven c\-suite level transformation professional able to lead cross functional teams across many brands and geographies concurrently.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Role<\/span><\/span> Reporting directly to the CEO and joining a C\-suite team for 18 months you will build and orchestrate the transformation program to success.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Required experience:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> \- Success designing and leading multiple major complex transformation programs (these need to be explicitly listed in your application)<\/span><\/span><\/span> \- Ability to engage sensitively but assertively with senior stakeholders across the business<\/span><\/span><\/span> \- Experience at c\-suite level either as a C\-suite or C\-suite advisor <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> Engagement Period:<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>In the coming weeks, this is a dedicated full\-time role <\/span><\/span><\/span>Duration: <\/span><\/b>12\-18 months.
