The successful Accredited Professional will have:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

\n - 3\-5 years demonstrated experience applying project management methodologies to deliver organisational change and restructuring<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, Six Sigma or similar <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Record of achievement in delivering complex client focused projects to deliver defined business outcomes<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong stakeholder management skills and the capability to work with C\-Suite clients<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - 3+ years experience working in a large complex organisation<\/span><\/span>

The Accredited Professional must have the following qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Acted as a project manager level at a major branded firm for 2+ years<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - A minimum of 3\-5 years experience in project management<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience working in government and\/or education<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience with organisation design and\/or restructuring projects <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ability to lead, motivate and manage a blended client and contractor <\/span><\/span>team
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n

The Project Manager is expected to work on the program full time at the client's site with some flexibility to work remotely on occasion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
