Working closely with a talented client team manager across three key streams of opportunity: technology\-enablement of productivity (eg, process automation to reduce admin and AI to reduce help desk requirements), procurement (mainly for key categories like recruitment, legal, consulting, labour hire, travel etc) and traditional spans \/ layers analysis<\/span>
\n <\/div><\/span>\n <\/div>\n \n

Key Deliverables<\/b><\/span>:<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/b>

\n \n - Provide general leverage to the client executive (Leadership, facilitation, hypothesis development, data collection, analysis, recommendation formulation, report development and presentation)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Long listing, short listing and scoping out potential productivity up lift initiatives<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Collecting and collating data, cleansing, crap testing and building an economic model per initiative and across the portfolio<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Valuing initiatives and testing for degree of difficulty, investment and return profiles (economic signatures)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Aggregating initiatives based on interdependencies, execution capacity and financial targets<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Developing and populating excel and ppt templates and preparing presentations to the leadership team<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assisting (where required) with implementation planning and possible execution support<\/span><\/span>

Skills and experience required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span>\n \n - Participation as an active team member in more than half a dozen significant productivity improvement programs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - General financial services and technology sector experience (preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Influencing people \/ engaging with individual executives and their teams to receive required inputs \/ data from client stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Self\-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Advanced spreadsheeting, graphing and power\-point skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Branded consulting firm experience welcome but not required<\/span><\/span><\/span>
