A new ICG client is a fast\-growing private equity fund. They are working with ICG to supplement their internal commercial due diligence capabilities with a panel of specialists that they can draw upon from time to time as the need arises.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n The roles are ONLY FOR VERY SENIOR AND EXPERIENCED SPECIALISTS who MUST HAVE <\/b>Commercial Due Diligence experience or have provided expert legal opinions in their chosen field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Others as suggested by candidates or demanded by the client<\/span><\/span>

\n Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following in their chosen field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>:<\/span><\/span>

Experience with Due diligence or expert testimony<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance (though ICG will also provide for forthcoming assignments)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Strong communication skills and consulting gravitas<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n Work will commence in mid\-2021 and be ongoing across specialist fields on an as needed basis. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n Location: <\/span><\/b>Australia wide -<\/span><\/b> a mix of onsite and remote arrangements<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n Interstate travel and accommodation if required will be paid by the client<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span>\n <\/div>\n
\n Rates: <\/span><\/b><\/span>Projects will vary significantly in frequency and duration. The client may well ask for a tiered due diligence approach in half\-day blocks. The hourly rate will be commensurate with expertise but would be expected to be in the order of $250\-$350 an hour net.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
