\n An ICG client is looking for an experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>strategic sourcing specialist<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>to lead their team through a period of change and transformation following a restructure. Additionally the specialist will be expected to help support in the hiring and transition of a permanent candidate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Day to day leadership of the sourcing team (6 FTE) reporting to the Deputy CFO<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across the sourcing domain (including but not limited to) supplier management, policy uplift, team alignment & performance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
S<\/span>upport an ongoing program of sourcing and optimisation to support value creation for the business<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Define multiple category strategies across technology, professional services and legal<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n
Support the interview process to identify the "best fit" candidate to take on the role longer term<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

Support transition of the successful candidate into the role<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>
