\n Client<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>An existing ICG Financial <\/span><\/span>Services client<\/span> <\/span>is seeking a <\/span>Project Manager<\/b> <\/span>who has experience in ASIC's Design <\/span><\/span>and Distribution<\/span> Obligations (DDO) and\/or Product Simplification within <\/span><\/span>Retail Banking<\/span>. The Project Manager will be responsible for Product <\/span><\/span>Simplification across<\/span> the deposits and lending portfolio arising from DDO <\/span><\/span>requirements. Specifically<\/span>, the new products\/services will need to match the Target <\/span><\/span>Market Determination<\/span> already developed for product\/service in the above <\/span><\/span>mentioned portfolio<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span> \n <\/div>\n \n It is expected that the successful candidate will have:<\/b><\/span><\/span> \n <\/div>\n \n \n - Strong project management skills to map out and manage the delivery <\/span><\/span>of the<\/span> above<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Excellent communication skills in the context of putting forward a <\/span><\/span>clear plan<\/span> and regularly providing updates<\/span>
<\/li>\n - The ability to collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders <\/span><\/span>including the<\/span> distribution leadership team, risk, compliance and change managers Experience in product design and simplification in retail banking<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Detailed knowledge of the Design and Distribution Obligations <\/span><\/span>required by<\/span> ASIC is highly desired, although not compulsory<\/span>
<\/li>\n - A team player in a multifaceted complex organisation<\/span>
<\/li>\n - 5+ years' experience in a Big 4 consulting firm in the above <\/span><\/span>mentioned areas<\/span> and\/or similar experience working for a Retail Bank in Australia<\/span>
