A prestigious client of ICG is embarking on<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>an enterprise\-wide digital transformation centred around implementing a next\-generation industry\-specific CRM platform<\/span><\/b>. This initiative aims to modernise operations, consolidate systems, and leverage data analytics for strategic decision\-making across their diverse business units. We seek an exceptional technology consultant to help shape our proposal and drive successful project execution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The project is world\-class in nature and will require CRM expertise that satisfies the needs of a complex multi\-dimensional entertainment, education, recreation, accommodation, conference and event space, with the fusion of leading and bleeding\-edge technologies which will be showcased to local and global clients<\/span><\/span>

  • Develop a comprehensive training strategy to support the adoption of a new CRM platform by a small marketing and communications team. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Create user guides and training materials that will help users understand the new workflow<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Conduct training sessions for different user groups<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support change management initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

  • Enable knowledge transfer to internal teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Skills and experience required:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>\n

    • 10+ years of enterprise CRM implementation experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Deep expertise in modern CRM platforms and industry trends. Tessitura CRM experience and knowledge preferred. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Proven track record in large\-scale digital transformation projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>\n

    • Change management and training delivery expertise<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
