A new ICG Client, in the Retail Banking Sector, based in Sydney and Melbourne has commenced a cost optimisation program, initially focusing on Procurement.<\/span>

The Analyst will be working with a Partner, and two other Analysts on confirming initial opportunities in procurement and sizing the most material opportunities. This will then progress to defining, scoping and completing a detailed workplan and steps required for 2\-3 major initiatives that the Analyst will be accountable for delivering.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Successful candidates will have the following experience:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n - Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent industry experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - A detailed understanding of the Retail Banking sector in Australia<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience in procurement in major organisations <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - The ability to analyse procurement arrangements and negotiate with 3rd parties to optimise the client's cost position<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong spoken and written communication skills (particularly PowerPoint)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - The ability to synthesise complex and disparate information into insights and recommended actions<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li>\n - Working with the client to deliver the cost savings identified<\/span><\/span><\/span>
