An existing ICG Financial Services client is looking to appoint a<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior Product Management Consultant<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>with strong product management experience and understanding of the Australian implementation of the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) framework.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Working with ICG engagement lead and the client's product teams, the consultant will be responsible for developing a high\-quality product management operational procedure guide which captures the existing processes, information and accountabilities across the business and is fit for purpose under the BEAR regime. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

T<\/span><\/span><\/span>he successful professional will have likely performed similar tasks previously in a financial services organisation and\/or have over 5 years of management consulting experience with a focus on product management framework development and regulatory accountability.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

They will have experience in process discovery and documentation and a referenceable track record of\/proven expertise\/leadership in:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - financial services regulation adherence<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - end\-to\-end product management responsibility development<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - strong communications and interviewing skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - ability to support options and recommendations with appropriate data\-gathering, diagnosis, analysis, assessment and presentation<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - strong thought leadership and proven ability to generate innovative\/alternative changes and solutions <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - experience in financial product process auditing is a plus<\/span><\/span>
