\n An ICG client is currently seeking an experienced<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Senior Manager<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>or AP<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>for<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>a short\-term contract basis. The engagement is expected to be 15\-20 weeks in duration and will focus on a mine transformation project based in the Pacific Islands.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Role<\/span>

\n The client needs a<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Senior Manager<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>or<\/span> <\/span><\/span>AP level Management Consultant<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>with extensive mining operations experience ideally within hard rock.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span>\n <\/div>Ideally the candidates should have:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - 10+ years of business\/commercial experience in a mining setting<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience in a leading Management Consulting firm<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Must have fluent verbal and written English<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Very strong verbal communication skills and ability influence line management as well as c\-suite stakeholders<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong PowerPoint and analytical skills with the ability to structure a clear storyline supported with high quality insightful slides containing high quality analysis and clear findings.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Candidates must also be able to:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Effectively lead a team of 3 consultants and a client team, working on parallel work streams <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Set\/agree daily priorities every morning to ensure the required outputs are delivered by each team member on a daily basis<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Guide strategy\/thinking and ensure delivery of improvements to or before target timeframes<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - The project will be supported full time by a Partner and a Director. They will provide guidance and a sounding board throughout the engagement.<\/span><\/span>

\n \n Logistics<\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n \n Start date: <\/span><\/b>The client is looking to start immediately. Travel is required and the roster will be 18 days on followed by 10 days off.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n \n \n \n Location: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Pacific Islands but not a dangerous environment. Travel, accommodation and away from home meals will be provided by the client.<\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Rates: <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>Depending on level of experience, the daily rate for the successful candidate will be between $1,400 and $2,000 AUD per day plus GST.<\/span><\/span>
