\n - Support the project and client team<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide advanced business analyst skills (research, data capture and management, analysis, interpretation and results presentation)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide business process re\-engineering skills (baselining, process mapping, operational research, improvement ideation, piloting, testing, improvement estimation)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Contribute ideas and insights that further the teams objectives<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Documenting presenting, defending and debating, level 1 to level 4 Swim lanes
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n

<\/p>\n \n - Accurate, timely and insightful business analysis<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Process improvements that move the deal and improve the customer and employee experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Proactively and reactively manage and or escalate issues and road blocks as required<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - High quality project documentation and board level PPT document<\/span><\/span>

Skills and experience required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n \n - Business analysis skills at a proficient level (4 + years' as an analyst experience)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Business process re\-engineering skills at a very high level (process mapping tools experience documenting level 1 to level 4 swim lanes)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Influencing key stakeholders and engaging with teams to receive required inputs \/ data from <\/span>colleagues <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Self<\/span>\-starter, problem solver -someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Excellent written and verbal communication skills <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Comfortable<\/span> with creating a DBRS (functional and <\/span><\/span><\/span>non\-functional<\/span> requirements) and requirement traceability <\/span>matrix<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assent<\/span> management project experience is desirable<\/span><\/span>
