<\/p>The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry has found issues at major banks, superannuation and insurance organisations. As a result, some of these organisations have already started remediation programs and some will be starting in the near future. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Additionally, with the demergers at some major banks, there is a strong demand for experienced professionals who have worked on AML\/CTF programs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The RISK and REMEDIATION Practice (the Practice), provides services from Strategy to Program and Project delivery. Hence the Practice is looking for experienced professionals in the roles of:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/li>\n - Senior data analyst<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Senior Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Change manager<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - AML\/CTF subject matter expert<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The successful professional will work with the Practice Lead in the delivery of Programs and Projects in the Financial Services industry.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The successful professional will have deep and recent experience in consumer remediation and\/or AML\/CTF. They will have demonstrated track record of working in a fast\-paced project environment with senior professionals and have a pragmat<\/span><\/span>ic and professional approach to their work with a focus on a high\-quality delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Experience in insurance, especially Direct Life Business (selling directly to the customer via outbound calls) and in AML\/CTF will be a plus. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Ideally the accredited professional will have significant experience in:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

\n - Significant experience (3\-5 years) in one or more of the roles above <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience in consumer remediation programs <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience in AML\/CTF programs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience working with large institutions such as Banks, Wealth Management, Superannuation and Insurance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Good knowledge and experience in using Excel, Word, Powerpoint<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
