<\/p>\n An existing ICG client - a major Australian Insurance & Services organization - is looking for a Communications Manager<\/b> to work within their Customer Platforms function with a Program Manager to provide support for a major upgrade to the company's Customer Platform.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The Communications Manager will assist in the development and implementation of communications plan for the above mentioned initiative.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>The Communications Manager will be part of a small team consisting of Program Manager and a number of specialized resources to facilitate and support the program. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Accountabilities will include:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n
\n <\/div>\n
\n - Understanding the major pieces of work being undertaken<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Understanding the various parts of the organisation that will be affected by the program from frontline staff, data and analytics through to the senior leadership level<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Developing (and\/or adjusting the existing) communications plan<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Tailoring the communications plan depending on the audience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Communications Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>The successful professional will have:<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - A highly regarded capability in written communication across a number of media<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - 3\-5 years experience within an internal communications team, preferably in Financial Services\/Insurance or experience in a consulting firm performing equivalent work<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong commercial acumen that facilitates the translation of a complex program into clear communications<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Related experience and\/or a working knowledge of Change Management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - The ability to work in complex multi\-dimensional environments at various levels of the organisation<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Rates:<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>The daily gross rate range for the<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Communications Manager<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>would be $1,100\/day gross to the Professional.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
