• Provide capability maturity frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Provide or help the team gain access to relevant benchmarks across the industry<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Define and map best\-in\-class arrears and early warning processes across pre\-delinquency, delinquency and recovery stages, including customer journey and treatment segmentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Recommend improvements to customer contact strategies (e.g. cadence, channels) and governance frameworks (e.g. escalation paths, oversight of non\-performing loans).<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Lead role in a business bank managing arrears, collections and or recoveries spanning several years recently<\/span><\/span>
