<\/p>Working closely with Executive Directors you will be accountable for the Technology budget to provide strategic guidance, monthly budget tracking, forecasting and vendor management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>Key Deliverables:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>\n \n - Provide Strategic ideas and insights on how to meet budget targets<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Managing and owning department budgets and tracking of resources\/licences<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assistance in month end inputs and financial reporting<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Submissions of complex technology budgets and forecasting<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Vendor Management<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Executive presentations and status updates<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Process improvements on Business management tasks<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ad\-hoc support functions for Executive Leaders, COOs, Agile Trains<\/span><\/span>

<\/li>\n - Background in financial management of complex multimillion dollar budgets<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong leadership, critical thinking, organisation skills and time management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Data Analytics experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Outcome focused, team player<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Financial Analyst (CFA pref) though experience in cost base, identifying and driving outcomes is preferable<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Good understanding of cost drivers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Proven partnering experience with senior leaders<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Modelling, analytics skills preferable<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Excellent attention to detail with process improvement mindset<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Intermediate to advanced experience in using MS Excel and <\/span>PowerPoi<\/span>nt<\/span><\/span>
