ICG is looking for an<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>enterprise or solutions architect to include in a tender<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/b>for the development of a future state architecture design for a clients eDiscovery technology landscape. The client has a central role in the operation of Australia's financial system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • To work alongside other ICG professionals advising on the tender response, and when successful advising strategic options to future proof the client's digital forensic and eDiscovery architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Proven experience in the architecture, design or implementation of eDiscovery architectures, integration across forensic tools and management of data lineage and audit trails within regulatory bodies or legal practices<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Key Deliverables<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    The key deliverable will be a Report which addresses:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>\n

    • Current state overview, including SWOT analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
      \n Target future state, including explanation of the rationale for options selected, including:<\/b><\/span>
      \n <\/div><\/span>\n
        \n
      • Long term data storage and access, ensuring data integrity and availability over time<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Preserving robust data lineage, audit trails and data quality checks to ensure data preservation, traceability, security, and compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Scalability and performance considerations for future data volumes and complex processing requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Integration, transition between and enhancement of other forensic tools, such as Cellebrite, X\-Ways, Encase, Forensic Explorer, and Magnet<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Options to realise malware ringfencing and protected materials through portioning, proper treatment of protected materials and ensuring effective malware management while safeguarding sensitive information.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>\n
      • Assessment of challenges and mitigations to avoid vendor lock\-in.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Enterprise and\/or Solution architecture experience within regulatory or legal practice<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Established network across the regulatory\/legal industries<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience with solutions\/cloud services support data management, data lifecycle and protection of sensitive\/legally privilege information<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Demonstrable experience in eDiscovery process configuration and architecture design<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of current eDiscovery applications and platforms<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven oral and written communication skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Location:<\/span><\/b> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Remote, but able to work Australian business hours<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Rate: <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>Daily rate to the consultant will be up to <\/span>$2,000 AUD\/day d<\/span><\/span>epending on level of experience and seniority<\/span><\/span><\/span>
