<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \n An existing ICG Client<\/span><\/span> is looking to appoint a Manager<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Level Risk Consultant\-<\/b> Monitoring<\/b><\/span><\/span> and Oversight. <\/b>Reporting to Head of Group Compliance & Operational Risk. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist the Senior Manager - Oversight and Monitoring in proactively collaborating with key stakeholders in the ongoing development and refinement of the risk system<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Develop and maintain Group Compliance and Operational Risk Reporting in order to provide insights into key areas of risk across the organisation. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Assist in performing thematic data driven reviews related to compliance and operational risk <\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Proactively work with the Senior Manager - Oversight and Monitoring to raise awareness and understanding of compliance, operational risk and the GRC system and, their relevance to strategic and operational business activities<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Support the strengthening and embedment of the three lines of defence.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Support strong internal and external relationships, including 3rd party service providers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n Skills and <\/span>experience<\/b><\/span> <\/b>required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n - A manager level resource who is familiar with Service Now \- specifically reporting and dashboards<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Proven track record in operational risk and\/or compliance in the financial services industry gained over the last 3 - 5 years. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Appropriate qualifications including graduate degree in either Law, Business, Commerce, Finance or equivalent. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Demonstrated ability to understand risk related analytics. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Report writing and presentation skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n \n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
