\n This project is with a long standing ICG client who is looking to appoint a<\/span> <\/span>mortgage process re\-engineering consultant <\/b>required to support an ongoing business process redesign\/transformation of a bank's end\-to\-end mortgage business.<\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n \n Role<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n - Support a multi\-stream project team, working with a senior executive sponsor<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide on\-going guidance, challenge and subject matter expertise<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Provide senior project expertise in a consulting capacity<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Work closely with a senior ICG subject matter expert working on the project<\/span>

<\/p>
Key Deliverables:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n \n Support the project team as the general management consultant with deep experience and expertise across multiple mortgage businesses and transformation efforts<\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Drive hypotheses, opportunity identification, supporting analyses and recommendations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n - Support business case development and verbal and written communication to project stakeholders and sponsors<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Aid effectiveness of other team members and coach junior analysts assigned to the project<\/span><\/span>

\n Skills and <\/span><\/b><\/span>experience<\/b><\/span> <\/b>required:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n - Experience applying and leveraging technology, particularly automation, analytics and credit decision support tools<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n \n \n - Self\-starter, problem solver - someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Graphing and power\-point skills<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Financial services and retail mortgage process (e2e with broking) experience essential
<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n \n \n Logistics<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n <\/div>\n \n \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n Start: <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>Immediate, duration 4\-6 months <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>Location: Sydney location but will accept other Australian location if they can join the <\/span>team occasionally post lock down<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/b>\n <\/div>\n \n
