The Opportunity

As part of asmallteam ofRelationshipManagers,you'llworkindividually andcollaboratively to achievehealthy, fruitfulfinancial and relationaloutcomes forHope Mediaand the Kingdom.Ideally,we'relooking for someone whobringsleadershipskills andexperience orcandemonstratepotential totakeona leadership role in the team.Thereis astrongministrycomponentto theworkasyoupraywith and forour valued supporters and listeners. You will be a passionate ambassador for the mission and work ofHope Media, managing each relationship to inspire financial support and meaningful partnership to sustain and grow theministry.

The role involves

• Stewardshipand deepeningof existingsupporterrelationships.

• Identifyandpresentopportunities forhigh-capacityindividualsto contributefinanciallyto the work of Hope.

• Cultivate,nurtureand growengagementwithpotential andnewlyacquiredsupporterstomaximisethesustainableimpactof themission.

• Provideallsupporters with pathways for greater trust, engagement, and advocacy.

• Monitor and respond to data to drive engagement, improvement, and growth.

• Plan andparticipatein events and engagement activities, during and outside normal business hours.

About You

• Alignmentwith anda genuinepassion for the mission ofHope Media.

• Strong interpersonal, pastoral,and communication skills.

• Experience in anot-for-profit business development orrelationship management role.

• Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Excellence in personalorganisation,prioritisation, and time management.

• A great listener,humbleand empatheticwith strong emotional intelligence.

• Leadership skills and experience preferred.
