Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation (negotiable based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality quantity surveying services.
Managing cost planning, estimation, and cost control for multiple projects.
Preparing detailed cost reports, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Conducting feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
Advising clients on procurement strategies and contractual matters.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related construction discipline.
1-2 years' experience in a consultancy environment, delivering pre-contract QS services.
Proficiency in CostX and Excel (highly regarded).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and client-facing skills.
Full Australian working rights.
