Job Overview
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to support our growing business across Australia. The purpose of this role is act as a partner to the business and provide support to help with operational growth. We are looking for someone to support the payroll and finance teams to enable a positive environment with all our colleagues.
In this role, you will work across a range of different activities:
- Conducting payroll onboarding of new starters.
- Supporting the payroll team with queries.
- Support end-to-end processing of fortnightly employee payroll data accurately and to deadline, using MYOB Acumatica.
- Process, maintain and reconcile payroll records.
- Support payroll reporting for management and team as required.
- Support the creation of documented payroll processes.
- Support with monthly payroll & superannuation reconciliation.
- Provide support to the finance team as required including but not limited to reconciliations and accounts payable integration activities
- Provide any additional ad hoc support directed by the Finance Manager
Requirements And Qualifications
- Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
- Experience in Payroll processes within Australia.
- Familiar with MYOB Acumatica or MYOB Advanced is essential.
- Intermediate skills in Excel
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Microsoft O365
- Someone who loves collaborating with all stakeholders.
