About the Role

Join our dynamic production team and take the lead in producing highly technical print and embellished labels at high volumes. This is an exciting opportunity for a trade-qualified printer to work with a global organisation and upskill on modern equipment within the graphic design and printing industry.

We’re seeking a Trade-Qualified Rotary Offset Printer to become a key member of our MCC Adelaide Print Team. If you’re an experienced printer who values craftsmanship and teamwork, this role is perfect for you. The position requires flexibility to cover rotating shifts across three different shift times, offering variety and a dynamic work environment.

Your duties

• Operate advanced print technology to produce high-quality client orders, consistently meeting targets and deadlines.
• Ensure machines are maintained and operated safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Inspect components and promptly report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Uphold quality standards and maintain accurate quality assurance records.
• Mentor and coordinate Assistant Printers, providing training and guidance to support team development.

About you

• Trade-qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Rotary Offset printing technology.
• Experience with high-embellishment label production is a plus, but not essential.
• Prior experience in printing or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills.
• Committed to safety with a solid work ethic and reliability.
• Capable of performing manual handling tasks as required.
