About the Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing, engaged team. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve sales targets and individual performance goals Foster a team-oriented and inclusive culture where collaboration and development are valued Deliver an elevated customer experience that reflects the Coach brand values Manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance Analyse sales results and KPIs to drive commercial decisions Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the store About You Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent leadership role) in a retail environment Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams Team-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Passion for coaching and building strong team capability Commercially driven with strong business acumen Confident communicator who leads by example Why Join Coach?
