Join WSP's highperforming Transmission and Distribution team to deliver complex system studies, support commissioning and mentor the next generation of engineers. What You'll Do Deliver key technical tasks across a diverse portfolio of generation and powersystem projects, ensuring rigorous engineering outcomes. Prepare clear, highquality technical reports for small to mediumscale projects, communicating complex concepts with precision. Develop proposal scopes, methodologies and cost estimates for powersystem studies and related project work. Perform classical powersystem analysis and modelling for studies such as load flow, transient stability, generator performance (NER compliance), insulation coordination, cable/transformer energisation, steadystate assessments, shortcircuit analysis, and protection settings/coordination. Conduct field validation of generator performance through commissioning activities and holdpoint testing, including preparation of detailed testing reports. About You Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Extensive experience in powersystem studies and associated engineering disciplines. Prior consultancy experience is highly regarded. Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical capability within the team. Strong competency in preparing and reviewing technical designs, reports and engineering documentation. Proficient in industrystandard modelling tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, ETAP and SKM PTW. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly in both written and verbal formats. How You'll Work Flexibility is core to how we operate.
