About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst (SuccessFactors) to deliver expert functional and technical support across our SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, enabling change, and driving continuous improvement in partnership with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors.

In this Role

Provide Level 2/3 functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely resolution of incidents and requests
Act as a functional escalation point for complex system, access, and configuration issues across the SuccessFactors platform
Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve user experience and service quality
Contribute to bi annual SuccessFactors releases, including impact analysis, testing, UAT, and post implementation support
Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to ensure HRIS services meet business needs
Develop and maintain user documentation, support materials, and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability uplift across the HRIS user base

What Are We Looking For?

Proven experience as a functional SME supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a production environment
Strong knowledge of Career, Recruitment and Talent Management modules, with hands on configuration and support experience
Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and organisational structures
Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and post implementation activities
Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer focused service capability
Ability to collaborate effectively with People & Culture, IT, and external partners in a complex enterprise environment
