Marketing Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
Planning and assisting with development, execution and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns and conducting market research
Scoping, planning, development, promotion and coordination of marketing campaigns and product launches and designing the customer journey
Coordinate campaign assets including copy, creative, landing pages, and tracking links with the Central Marketing team.
Monitor performance analytics and assist with reporting, optimisation, and insights.

Support SEO and content marketing initiatives, including keyword research, basic optimisation, and content updates.
Events & Sponsorship Coordination
Assist in planning and delivering industry events, conferences, webinars, and training workshops.
Lead on and deliver digital & in-person event logistics including scheduling, promotions, speaker engagement, event programs/design, managing event mailing lists and digital event surveys
Coordinate logistics such as venues, demonstration equipment, suppliers, registration systems, and promotional materials.
Communicate with sponsors, partners, and attendees to ensure smooth event execution.

Support onsite event operations (where applicable), including setup, registration, and postevent follow-up.
Content & Communications
Draft and edit marketing materials such as social posts, event copy, eDMs, customer newsletters, website updates, and sales enablement content.
Assist with the creation of presentations, flyers, case studies, and promotional collateral.
Provide administrative support in general marketing communication activities such as media relations and mailings

Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing Operations
Update and maintain leads in CRM records, campaign lists, tagging, and segmentation.
Work closely with our sales, customer support and technical support teams as well as other international marketing communication teams overseas
Coordinate with corporate internal teams and external suppliers (merchandise suppliers, printers, agencies).
Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and asset management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and reporting.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the technology, SaaS, energy and utilities, telecommunications, or professional services sectors.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field

Hands-on experience with:
Social media management (LinkedIn required).
Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Stripo, Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo, Campaign Monitor).
CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
Strong copywriting and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience supporting event execution (virtual or inperson).
Comfortable analysing data and using insights to improve marketing performance.
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with:
Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
Graphic design or asset editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud basics).
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience coordinating webinars or hybrid/virtual events.
Basic HTML/CSS familiarity (advantage, not essential).
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer success.
