We're looking for a Senior Finance Transformation and Systems Accountant to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function.
This is not your typical accounting role.

Key responsibilities
Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance
Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows
Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa)
Building smarter reporting and improving data integrity

What we're looking for
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation or process improvement
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
Exposure to systems like Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross-functionally
Bonus points for
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools
Exposure to large or complex business environments
