Experience of working with distributed teams

Desire to learn and mentor business, as additional responsibility

Good-to-Have experience in Oil & Gas or related field

Multiple CI/CD, automation tool experience

1 Drive an integrated demand funnel from multiple business groups to drive a single DevOps

delivery

2 Actively engage with business users and product owners to maintain healthy pipeline

3 Continuously improve the maturity index of the DevOps program by adopting available digital

tools as well as adopting automations

4 Drive outcome with distributed teams

5 Engage with leadership to identify and develop opportunities
