Zenith Energy is seeking expressions of interest<\/b> from experienced Offshore Drilling Supervisors \/ Company Men<\/b> for upcoming offshore drilling campaigns across Australia. With future projects anticipated across various basins, including Jack\-up<\/b> and Semi\-submersible (Floater)<\/b> operations, we're building our pool of qualified and field\-ready supervisors to meet upcoming client demand.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Supervising offshore drilling operations on Jack\-up and\/or Floater rigs
  <\/p><\/li>\n

• Ensuring safe and efficient execution of the drilling program
  <\/p><\/li>\n

• Leading rig\-based personnel and managing service providers
  <\/p><\/li>\n

• HSE assurance and incident reporting
  <\/p><\/li>\n

• Daily reporting and logistics coordination with onshore teams
  <\/p><\/li>\n

• Compliance with operator standards and Australian offshore regulations
  <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

  Who We're Looking For<\/b>
  <\/h3>\n

  • 10+ years' offshore drilling experience, with recent time in a Supervisor \/ Company Man role
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Experience working on Jack\-up and\/or Semi\-sub rigs<\/b> essential
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Current IWCF (Well Control - Supervisory Level)<\/b>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • In\-depth understanding of Australian offshore regulations and operating environments (e.g., NOPSEMA, EPs, WOMS)
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Strong leadership, decision\-making, and contractor management skills
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Ability to work FIFO from any major capital city in Australia
