Join a high-performing Melbourne sales team and own the full new business cycle - from prospecting to close. You'll sell Podium's AI platform to SMB decision-makers across key verticals, working alongside a collaborative team in the Queen & Collins CBD office.

This is a hunter role with real earning potential and a clear path to senior sales positions as the business scales across ANZ.

What you will be doing:

  • Close new business through consultative, relationship-based selling

  • Drive pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity

  • Align Podium solutions to prospect business goals and overcome objections

  • Collaborate with the account team to accelerate deal velocity

  • Maintain market and product knowledge to position Podium as a trusted advisor

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven closing record

  • Demonstrated success exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment

  • Strong prospecting and full sales cycle management skills

  • Confident communicating with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What you should have:

  • Passion for online reviews and empowering SMBs

  • Demonstrated leadership ability (we want natural leaders)

  • Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals

  • Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role, preferably software sales

  • Ability to confidentially and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO's & VPs)

  • Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction

  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
