As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.

Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician
$ 23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
$300 sign-on bonus
Fully paid training (no experience required)
RBT certification support + exam reimbursement

Flexible part-time schedules (15-30 hours/week)
Mileage reimbursement between sessions

Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support skill development, communication, and independence
Collect and track client data accurately
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation required
