The Role

We are looking for a creative, big-picture Brand Partnerships Strategist to join our Brand Partnerships team in Melbourne! Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to formulate 'out of the box' ideas and elevate our proposal strategies to secure new and repeat revenue from top advertisers.

What You'll Do

  • Create innovative branded content responses and experiential proposals collaboratively with the sales team to pitch to top-tier brands.
  • Generate data-driven campaign ideas that place core insights or facts at the heart, clearly demonstrating the strategic benefits of working with Fever.
  • Produce compelling presentation decks that sell an impactful vision with a clear narrative and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead high-value client pitches as the principal strategist to win new accounts and secure repeat revenue from advertisers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between the sales, creative, and Creative Solutions teams to ensure every campaign concept is realized to a high standard.
  • Write engaging case studies that effectively showcase key campaigns and highlight performance results.
  • Identify new product opportunities by working closely with the Associate Director to continuously expand our regional market offerings.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3-4 years of experience in a strategic brand partnerships, creative strategy, or agency role.
  • You possess a proven ability to generate innovative brand partnerships proposals that place target audience insight at the heart.
  • You demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills essential for effectively delivering proposals.
  • You are highly skilled in crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished written pitch materials.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and operate comfortably as a proactive self-starter within ambiguous environments.
  • You hold a strong ability to balance creative, out-of-the-box thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • You maintain professional communication skills in Spanish or English, enabling clear cross-team alignment.
