The Opportunity What you'll be doing: Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs Lead and review the preparation of FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts Take ownership of a portfolio of clients and delivering highquality advice Develop and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value Build, lead and develop a team, including mentoring and setting direction Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and drive growth Work closely with the bookkeeping team to drive further value for clients Who this role is for: 5+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar Expertise in accounting software like Xero, Xero Practice Manager, MYOB and Class Strong Office365 skills with the ability to pickup new software packages quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership Interested in leadership and motivated by building and mentoring a team Looking for a longterm opportunity with meaningful progression Take the Next Step in Your Career Apply now to progress your career with Kelly+Partners.
